Culinary 101 is a new class for students to learn how to cook healthy and quick meals. Students will learn the about cooking tools, cooking methods, recipes, spices, and how to properly set a table. Students will learn how to properly use cutting knives by cutting a variety of vegetables to make salsa, omelets, fried rice, chicken soup, Asian stir fry, Chicken Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs.
